Delivering up to 16,000 lux at 0 inches, this lamp projects a bright, even beam that helps illuminate your morning routine without flicker or harsh glare. The built-in memory function keeps your last setting ready at startup, so you can dive into your day with minimal setup.

Designed for everyday use, the lamp offers flexible placement. The footprint is about 7.44 by 9.45 inches, and the 180-degree adjustable stand lets you angle the light toward you, or you can hang or mount it to simulate sunlight from above, saving space in tight areas. The touch controls are straightforward and accessible for all users, including seniors.

Three color temperatures for all-day versatility

The lamp provides three color temperature options to suit different moments. The 6500K cool light is ideal for morning tasks, helping you feel more awake during emails, workouts, or study. The combination 3000K + 6500K offers balanced daylight for reading, desk work, or workouts. The 3000K warm light creates a relaxed mood for evenings and winding down before bed.

Flexible timing to fit your routine

The lamp includes four auto-off timer options—15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes—so you can tailor each session to your activity. For many people, a 20–30 minute daily routine feels natural and easy to maintain, especially when paired with a morning ritual or a mid-day break.

Usage ideas and practical setup

• In the morning, place the lamp on your desk while you sip coffee, check emails, or plan the day.
• During workouts or reading, use the cool or balanced light to stay alert without glare.
• In the evening, switch to warm light to help you unwind and maintain a steady routine.
• In windowless spaces, move the lamp to brighten the room and improve task visibility.

While not a medical device, many users find that regular daylight exposure can complement daily routines by supporting focus and mood consistency during darker seasons or shift work. The Comfytemp lamp is designed to be a practical, user-friendly option for home and office life, offering a dependable source of daylight when you need it most.
