Overview of the SUR-FIT Natura Drainable Pouch System

The Convatec SUR-FIT Natura Drainable Pouch is designed as a two-piece ostomy system that emphasizes secure wear and practical care. Featuring a 57 mm flange and a 12-inch opaque drainable pouch, this setup aims to provide a discreet silhouette and a streamlined profile for everyday use. The system is built around reliable closure and flexible pouch management to support an active lifestyle without sacrificing comfort.

Key design elements

• Audible closure feedback: The SUR-FIT Natura flange system signals a secure, accurate closure with a series of clicks, helping users confirm a proper fit without guesswork.
• Easy pouch changes: The simple snap-off, snap-on design lets users swap pouches quickly while leaving the skin barrier in place, supporting smoother transitions between activities.
• Comfort-focused materials: Drainable pouches feature a soft, fabric-like comfort panel that rests gently against the skin, aiming to reduce irritation and improve wear comfort over time.
• Low-profile, contoured fit: Streamlined body contour panels and a reduced headroom design help distribute pouch contents more evenly and away from the stoma, contributing to a discreet look under clothing.

Real-world use and scenarios

• Active days: The quick-change design supports fast pouch replacement between meetings or workouts, minimizing downtime.
• Travel and routines: A dependable closure and a compact profile can simplify packing and daily routines while on the go.
• Comfort during extended wear: The soft comfort panel and low-profile design help reduce bulk and chafing during extended wear, making all-day use more comfortable for some users.
