Dimora Silicone Foam Dressing with Border – 20 Pack, 4x4 in Waterproof Wound Care Bandage

Overview

Dimora Silicone Foam Dressing with Border is a versatile 4x4 inch wound dressing designed for moderate to higher exudate situations. Built with a five‑layer structure, it aims to balance moisture, protect the wound area, and ease dressing changes with a soft, skin‑friendly silicone contact layer.

Key benefits at a glance

• Absorption capacity: the five‑layer design can handle up to 15x its exudate load, helping to manage moisture and reduce the risk of maceration.
• Gentle yet secure adhesion: a medical‑grade hypoallergenic silicone contact layer adheres to dry skin but is kinder on moist tissue, aiming to minimize pain during dressing changes.
• Waterproof yet breathable: a semi‑permeable PU film acts as a liquid barrier while allowing oxygen and water vapor to pass, supporting an ongoing wound care routine.

What makes it different

• 2 mm thick foam core: maximizes absorption, while a safeguarding SAF layer locks exudates to help prevent maceration.
• Nonwoven layer helps disperse moisture evenly across the pad, offering greater absorbency than traditional gauze dressings.
• Border 4x4 design fits wounds up to about 2.5x2.5 inches, widening options for moderate exudating wounds.

Real‑world use

Ideal for situations like post‑operative care, shallow bedsore concerns, or moderate exudate from various wounds. It’s designed to stay in place on dry skin and come in a practical 20‑pack for home or clinic use.

How to use

• Prepare a clean, dry area around the wound and remove the backing from the border dressing.
• Place the foam pad over the wound, press the border onto surrounding skin, and smooth to seal.
• Change the dressing as needed based on exudate levels or clinical guidance; avoid stretching the border during application.

Why choose Dimora

This 20‑pack provides a cost‑effective option for ongoing care, combining absorbent performance with skin‑friendly adhesion for routine wound management.
