Overview

Greetmed Transparent Film Dressing creates a discreet, clear shield over minor wounds, abrasions, and post-care sites. This 50-pack features dressings sized at 4 by 4.75 inches, combining a latex-free adhesive with a transparent polyurethane film to deliver a secure, flexible layer that moves with you throughout the day.

Key benefits at a glance

• Latex-free, low-allergenic adhesive minimizes skin irritation for sensitive users.
• Breathable film design helps the skin stay comfortable by allowing airflow beneath the dressing.
• High extensibility supports flexible areas like joints, reducing pinching during movement.
• Waterproof performance protects the wound area from moisture while showering or swimming.
• Individually packaged for easy portability in first aid kits, bags, or travel cases.
• Versatile applications extend beyond wound care to IV fixation, tattoo aftercare, and gentle belly button protection for babies.

Practical usage and tips

• Apply on clean, dry skin; do not stretch the film bandage during application to avoid gaps.
• Peel the dressing back slowly to remove it rather than pulling it off the skin.
• For heavy exudate or open wounds, consider using gauze or a non-woven cloth with the dressing.
• Avoid direct use on open wounds without appropriate wound care steps; use as directed for minor injuries.

Whether you’re navigating daily showers, a swimming session, or tattoo aftercare, these transparent dressings offer a practical, discreet option for protecting small wounds while keeping skin comfortable. Packaged for convenience, they fit easily into home first aid kits and busy bags alike.
