McKesson Ultra Adult Incontinence Underwear XXL - Heavy Absorbency, 12-Count, Tear-Away Sides

Overview

McKesson Ultra Adult Incontinence Underwear in XXL offers unisex, pull-on convenience with heavy absorbency designed for wearers who value discretion and comfort. The white brief blends a soft, cloth-like backing with breathable technology to help skin feel drier and more comfortable throughout the day. The gentle stretch waist and flexible sides are crafted to minimize bulk while keeping the garment in place, so you can move with confidence.

Key design elements work together to support everyday routines. Tear-away seams allow quick, tidy removal when needed, while elastic leg gathers and a moisture-management interior guide moisture away from the skin, helping to reduce dampness and chafing. The result is a practical blend of protection and comfort that feels like regular underwear, with the benefits of a heavy absorbency product.
