Ranger Ready 0.5% Permethrin Spray for Clothes & Gear – Scent Zero, 8 oz

Ranger Ready 0.5% Permethrin Spray for Clothes & Gear

Ranger Ready Repellents offer an unscented, odorless option for treating fabric and gear. The 0.5% permethrin formula is designed to be applied directly to clothing, sleeping bags, gear, and tents, helping keep you prepared for outdoor adventures without adding fragrance to your kit. This spray is EPA approved and quick-drying, meaning you can move from campsite to trailhead with minimal disruption to your routine.

Real-life use scenarios are common on long hikes, camping trips, or early-morning fishing excursions. With scent-free performance, you won’t notice a lingering aroma in your pack or on your garments, allowing you to focus on the scenery, the chill of a dawn breeze, or the satisfaction of a well-packed setup. The spray is designed to work on contact, aiming to reduce nuisance bites when you pause to rest, adjust gear, or set up a shelter after a day on the trail.

Key benefits to consider:

• Repels and kills ticks, mosquitos, chiggers, no-see-ums, ants, and other biting insects on contact.
• Designed for clothing and fabrics, including sleeping bags, gear, and tents, keeping common equipment protected during outings.
• DEET-free and odorless, with a quick-drying finish that won’t stain or damage clothing, plastics, or outdoor gear.
• Fine mist trigger delivers even coverage; one 8 oz bottle can treat up to three full outfits.
• Long-lasting performance, lasting through up to 5 washings or 40 days of sun exposure for extended trips.

How to use: shake well, hold the bottle 6–8 inches from fabric, spray evenly on outer surfaces of clothing and gear, allow to dry completely before use, and store away from heat. Avoid applying to skin and follow all safety guidance on the label. This versatile spray pairs well with a well-prepared outdoor routine and can be integrated into regular gear maintenance before any expedition.

Final note: while the product is designed to reduce exposure to biting insects, outcomes can vary with weather, activity level, and insect pressure. Consider Ranger Ready as a proactive option to complement your outdoor planning, rather than a guaranteed shield in every situation.
