TheraGun Therabody Prime 5th Generation — Deep Tissue Percussion Massage Gun with Bluetooth, Ergonomic Triangle Handle (Black)

Overview

The Theragun Prime 5th Generation by Therabody is a compact, powerful percussion massage gun designed for targeted sessions at home or on the go. Bluetooth-enabled and simple to operate, it pairs with the Therabody app to help you tailor sessions to your routine without overthinking each move. This is a versatile tool built to help you move more freely and recover after activity, without making promises about specific results.

Key attachments and what they’re great for

• Thumb attachment — ideal for trigger points and tight spots in the upper back and shoulders.
• Cone attachment — perfect for precise work on stubborn knots and hard-to-reach zones.
• Standard ball attachment — versatile for larger muscle groups across the body.
• Dampener attachment — gentler surface for sensitive areas and softer tissue.

Ergonomics and ease of use

The device features an ergonomic triangle handle designed to reduce strain on the wrist and forearm. This enables comfortable, extended sessions that cover the neck, calves, and lower back with less fatigue, making everyday use more approachable.

Performance and customization

Prime offers five built-in speeds, each indicated by an LED light for quick reference. The adjustable range lets you choose a lighter touch for sensitive zones or a stronger pulse for deeper stimulation. Bluetooth connectivity supports wireless control and session tracking via the Therabody app.

Real-world scenarios

• Post-workout recovery: a brief session can help loosen tension and support circulation in targeted areas.
• Travel or on-the-go relief: a compact massager that travels with you for quick relief after long days.
• Office and everyday stiffness: fast, focused sessions for neck or shoulder tension during busy days.
